Our history
Poppy's Pizza opened its doors in July 1996 to serve the community of Parkers Chapel, surrounding industries, and neighborhoods. Owners, Brad & Amanda Bailey are honored to be given the opportunity to carry on the tradition that Mr. Gross and Mrs. Kristi Lowery started many years ago. The Bailey's live right here in Parkers Chapel, with both children currently attending Parkers Chapel school and Amanda was a PC alumni Class of 2000.
